- If you need a spare part, we mostly have them in stock. Or, with your consent, we will find and order it as soon as possible. After the availability, we will contact you and arrange a repeat visit.

Calculation
- We will calculate the exact amount within 24 hours and send you an invoice for confirmation.

Work Completion
- After the completion of the work, the technician fills out the act, which describes the work performed on a specific device, the time spent on it, and indicates the date, which the customer agrees to by signing.

Test Period
- During the next three days, you observe the repaired unit and notify us in case of any malfunctions are noticed.

Payment
